These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers.

2. Products and product information

We sell sketchbooks, including standard ready-made products and products that may be made to order or personalised.

We aim to provide accurate information about our products, including their characteristics, materials, dimensions, colours and availability.

Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur due to photography, screen settings, materials or handmade production.

Any specific product characteristics, options or restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.

3. Orders and formation of the agreement

You can place an order through our webshop by following the ordering process.

Before submitting your order, you will be able to review the products, quantities, delivery information and applicable costs.

Your order becomes a binding agreement when we accept the order, subject to applicable law.

We will send an order confirmation by email.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any payment received for an order that cannot be fulfilled.

4. Prices and VAT

Product prices and applicable delivery costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All product prices are the total amounts payable for the products, excluding any separately stated delivery costs. JulAvra Studio participates in the Dutch small businesses scheme (KOR), under which no VAT is charged to customers.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Mollie and the payment methods made available at checkout.

Your payment information may be processed by Mollie in accordance with its own terms and privacy documentation.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery information, dispatch days, estimated delivery times, shipping costs and delivery countries are described in our Shipment and Delivery Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

We will inform you before purchase of the applicable delivery costs and any relevant delivery restrictions.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law may require delivery within the statutory period.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period and return procedure are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Products made specifically according to customer specifications or clearly personalised may fall within a legal exception to the right of withdrawal. The applicability of an exception depends on the specific product and order.

8. Conformity and legal guarantee

We are responsible for ensuring that products comply with the agreement and applicable statutory consumer protection requirements.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of our webshop, including text, photographs, illustrations, branding and original designs, is owned by or licensed to JulAvra Studio.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior permission, except where permitted by mandatory law.

10. Website use

You must use our webshop lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, compromise its security or engage in unauthorised automated data collection.

We may take reasonable measures to protect our website and services against misuse.

11. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the webshop and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

12. Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
