Returns and Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal
When you purchase a product through our webshop, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product.
If your order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally starts after receiving the last product.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period.

You do not need to give a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.
We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notification on a durable medium, such as email, where required.
3. Returning the product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back within 14 days.

The customer pays the direct cost of returning the product, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we have agreed otherwise.
We recommend using appropriate packaging and a tracked shipping service.
The customer is responsible for the risk associated with the return shipment until the product reaches us, subject to applicable law.
4. Condition of returned products
You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be able to do in a physical shop.
If you handle the product beyond what is necessary and this causes a loss in value, you may be liable for that diminished value in accordance with applicable law.
5. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies.
For example, a product made specifically according to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
A product being handmade or made to order does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
If an exception applies to a specific product, we will communicate this before you place your order.
7. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@julavrastudio.com.
Please include your order number and photographs where possible.
Your statutory consumer rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected by this policy.
8. Cancellation before dispatch
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched and wish to cancel it, we will make reasonable efforts to stop the shipment where possible.
If the order has already entered production or has been dispatched, the applicable cancellation, withdrawal or refund rules will depend on the product and circumstances.
