Shipment and Delivery

1. Shipping destinations

We currently accept orders for delivery within the Netherlands and other EU Member States where shipping is available at checkout.

Available delivery destinations and applicable shipping charges are shown during the ordering process.

If we cannot deliver to a particular address, this will be indicated during checkout or we will contact you after receiving the order.

2. In-stock items

In-stock items are dispatched every Monday and Thursday.

Orders placed before 12:00 on a dispatch day will generally be processed for that dispatch day. Orders placed after 12:00 will generally be processed for the next available dispatch day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing a Track & Trace number where available.

3. Delivery times

We ship orders using PostNL.

Based on our current delivery information:

• Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes approximately 2 working days after dispatch.
  
• International EU delivery may take up to 10 working days.
  

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as postal delays, public holidays or customs procedures.

4. Made-to-order products

Made-to-order products require production time.

After you place your order, we will discuss the estimated production and delivery time with you individually.

Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, specifications and production requirements.

We will communicate the relevant estimate before or after ordering, as applicable.

5. Delivery delays

If delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@julavrastudio.com.

We will assist you with delivery-related questions and, where appropriate, investigate issues with the delivery provider.

Your statutory consumer rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

6. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and explain the next steps.
